The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold its next dinner meeting Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Bent Creek Country Club, 20 Bent Creek Drive, Lititz. The social hour will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner and the meeting to follow.

The annual election of chapter officers and directors will take place at the meeting. The speaker for the evening will be retired Army Maj. Linda Lehman, who served as a military police officer during her active duty and Reserve career. She will discuss her current volunteer work with the local Guitars 4 Vets chapter and its mission of helping veterans cope with post-traumatic stress disorders through music.
