The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold a general membership meeting and dinner on Thursday, April 21, in the ballroom at the Fireside Tavern, 1500 Historic Drive, Strasburg. A social hour will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner and a program to follow.

The speaker for the evening will be Christopher Vera, president and director of the Columbia Historic Preservation Society. His main topic for the evening will focus on the history of the Underground Railroad in the local area.
