The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold a general membership meeting and luncheon on Thursday, March 2, at Lancaster Country Club, 1466 New Holland Pike, Lancaster. A social hour will begin at 11 a.m. with the meal and meeting to follow. The speaker will be Brian Roche, a co-anchor for WGAL News 8 at 5 p.m. on weekdays and the 8 On Your Side consumer investigative reporter.
