A Girls Riding Together (GriT) mountain biking day camp, geared toward introducing middle and high school girls to the sport of mountain biking, will take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 28 and 29, from 9 a.m. to noon at Warwick Park, 101 County Park Road, Pottstown.

The camp, being presented by the Twin Valley Mountain Biking Team, is open to girls entering sixth through 12 grades in the fall. Participants will take part in lessons on bike safety and bike handing skills There will also be bike rides, games and an opportunity to meet other girls who enjoy the sport. The program will be led by female coaches certified by the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA).
