Museum store to mark anniversary

The Ephrata Cloister Museum Store, 632 W. Main St., Ephrata, will mark its 65th anniversary on Friday, May 26, through Sunday, May 28, and the public is invited to the celebration. The event will kick off at noon on May 26 with a ribbon cutting, cake, and beverages. A discount will be offered throughout the weekend as well as complimentary refreshments and a chance to win a gift certificate.

The museum store will be open on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Housed in a mid-1800s barn, the store offers a wide variety of locally handcrafted items.

Tours of the historic site will also be available all three days of the celebration. Regular admission fees apply for tours.
