Musical, Dinner, And More Slated

The cast of Lower Dauphin High School's (LDHS) musical "Annie" will take care of dinner plans on Saturday, Feb. 4. They will host the annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser in the cafeteria at LDHS, 201 S. Hanover St., Hummelstown, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

Diners will enjoy all-you-can-eat spaghetti with a choice of meatless or meat sauce, as well as bread, fresh salad, an assortment of hot and cold beverages, and a wide variety of home-baked desserts. At several points throughout the evening, the cast members, who will be working as waiters, will pause to perform songs from the show.

Tickets for the dinner are available from any cast member or at the door. The cost is discounted for children under age 10. Proceeds will help cover the costs of producing the show.

The cast features Abigail Foran as Annie, Aden Weigle as Daddy Warbucks, Audrey Meyers as Grace Farrell, Amber Abelea as Miss Hannigan, Nathan Wolfe as Bundles McCloskey, TJ Fausnight as Rooster, and Kaitlyn Hoffman as Lily St. Regis. "Annie" performances will take the stage at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, through Saturday, March 4, and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, in the auditorium at LDHS.

Tickets may be reserved by calling the Spring Musical Information Line at 717-566-5393. Tickets are discounted for students and senior citizens. There will be no senior citizen show this year.

On Friday, March 3, the Lower Dauphin Falcon Foundation will host a dinner theater fundraiser with a one-plate buffet-style meal and a show ticket combination. To order these tickets, visit http://www.ldfalconfoundation.org.
