NCWM Celebrates 20-Year Milestone

The National Civil War Museum (NCWM), 1 Lincoln Circle, Harrisburg, has announced a special offer to thank its board of directors, staff, visitors, and volunteers, as well as Dauphin County and the City of Harrisburg, for 20 years of educating and working to inspire lifelong learning about the American Civil War. To honor the occasion, the NCWM will give away a family membership to the museum. Visitors can enter for the drawing at the museum, and registration will be open the entire month of February.

The National Civil War Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays and on Thursdays through Saturdays and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays. The museum will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Wednesday, March 31.

Social distancing guidelines are in place. Face masks are required for entrance to the museum, and sanitizing stations are located throughout the building.
