The Veritas Community will host a new sermon series titled "Citizen" on Sundays, July 9 through Nov. 26. The group meets every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at HUB 450, 450 N. Prince St., Lancaster. The first 15 minutes of each gathering is dedicated to fellowship time.

The sermon series will explore what it means to be citizens of the Kingdom of God. Throughout the series, participants will discuss the Sermon on the Mount found in Matthew 5-7 and explore how to live the beatitudes in everyday life. Topics of discussion will include of anger, forgiveness, love for enemies, prayer, worry, judging others and following the way of Jesus and the Kingdom of God.
