North Group Consultants, a firm known for guiding organizations through leadership transitions, has completed a major transition of its own. As of April, founder Roger North has officially stepped out of ownership and leadership of the firm he established in 1997. Jerry Murray, who was named president in 2021, continues to lead the organization forward from its Lititz office.
