One Solanco Community Breakfast Set

Community members are invited to come together for the One Solanco Community Breakfast, an awareness event focused on challenges and trends regarding poverty, youth, and mental health in the Solanco community. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 19, at Wesley Church, 1104 Kirkwood Pike, Quarryville. A buffet breakfast will be available at 7:15 a.m., followed by the program and presentations at 8 a.m.

Attendees will hear from local organizations working to strengthen the community, including Solanco Neighborhood Ministries, Solid Rock Youth Ministries, New Hope Counseling Center, and the Solanco School District. Each organization will share insights into its current initiatives and highlight the power of collaboration in creating meaningful, lasting change.

The One Solanco Community Breakfast aims to raise awareness, spark important conversations, and foster connections among residents, leaders, and advocates who are passionate about building a stronger, more united Solanco community.

"This inspiring morning is an opportunity not just to learn, but to connect with others who care deeply about the future of our community," organizers shared. "Together, we can work toward solutions that create hope and opportunity for all."

The event is free and open to anyone in the community. Advance registration is required at https://onecau.se/onesolanco. For more information, contact Teresa Dolan at Solanco Neighborhood Ministries at 717-786-4308.
