Cub Scout Pack 28 and Scouts BSA Troop 28 participated in a flag replacement day on May 16. It was the groups' 27th year participating.

The Scouts replaced a total of 535 flags and three markers at seven cemeteries in the Paradise area. The new flags were provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
