Pest Managers School posted

Penn State Extension will host Professional Pest Managers School on Monday, March 6, from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at Shady Maple Smorgasbord, 129 Toddy Drive, East Earl. The pesticide update session will provide research-based information for applicators and will offer a wide variety of recertification credits.

Participants will learn identification and management of key pests of trees, shrubs, and turfgrass; human health pests; and invasive plants. Pool maintenance will also be discussed. The course is designed for arborists, landscapers, turf care professionals, pest control operators, municipal employees, kindergarten through 12th-grade school employees, and pool managers.
