Pet Pantry Names Gore To New Role

The Pet Pantry of Lancaster County (PPLC) has announced the addition of Michelle Gore as its new animal care manager. In this role, Gore will actively coordinate and promote the PPLC dog foster care program. She will develop and expand the program with the goal of seamlessly transitioning animals into foster care homes as they await their forever family.

With over 15 years of animal welfare experience, Gore understands that facilitating and managing a caring foster program is paramount to ensuring a dog's transition into a new home is as stress free as possible. The main focus of the foster care program is to identify, train, educate, and support community members with a heart for fostering animals in need. The PPLC is currently seeking foster volunteers to help provide transitional homes to dogs in need.
