Piercing Word's Christmas production, "The Advent of Christmas," will tour across Lancaster County and beyond throughout the holiday season.

Inspired by the traditional themes of Advent, "The Advent of Christmas" celebrates the hope, faith, joy, peace, and love found in Christ. This production includes the traditional Christmas narrative from Luke 1 and 2 and other passages that highlight the birth of Christ and why His arrival matters. The show debuted last year.

Piercing Word performs Scripture in dramatic and musical presentations, word-for-word from the ESV Bible. The nonprofit, 501(c)(3), Christian ministry is based in Lancaster and has been performing Scripture across the country since 2007. It also offers Bible memorization resources. The mission of Piercing Word is to ignite passion for the Word of God in the heart of the church.
