A Welsh Community Christmas Evening will be presented at Historic Poole Forge on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. Featured will be a traditional bonfire, caroling, making toffee and making traditional Welsh crafts for New Year's.

The site's mansion will be open with several craft vendors inside. Crafts for sale will include custom jewelry, knitted items and Christmas ornaments. Homemade soup will also be available for sale, and attendees will have an opportunity to win a quilt.

A Welsh guitarist will perform and sing Christmas music. A Christmas sleigh will be situated on the porch of the mansion, offering a setting for family photos.

Visitors will be able to stroll though the historic grounds, which will be decorated for the season.
