Elizabethtown Area High School will host two presentations honoring sports announcer Mike Ebersole, who passed away in June 2020. Ebersole handled the public address duties for the boys' and girls' high school basketball games at his alma mater.

The memorial presentations are planned for Monday, Dec. 19, prior to the boys' varsity basketball game and Wednesday, Dec. 21, prior to the girls' varsity basketball games. Both games will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Daubert Gymnasium, 600 E. High St., Elizabethtown.

Through donations on Ebersole's behalf to the Elizabethtown Area Education Foundation, the sound systems in Daubert Gymnasium and the White Family Dental football stadium have been upgraded.
