Program on pollinator habitats set

Manada Conservancy will offer a presentation, "Converting the Traditional Landscape Into a Pollinator Paradise," on Thursday, April 13, at 7 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 433 E. Main St., Hummelstown. Attendees should use entrance No. 3 on the east side of the building.

Local pollinator gardener Heather Andrews will explain how she converted a traditional landscape into an award-winning pollinator paradise using native alternatives.

Andrews is a published author, photographer, and speaker who works with homeowners and businesses to create sustainable native pollinator habitats. She produces videoblogs on YouTube at Garden Thoughtfully, and she has received numerous awards for her garden designs and work. She can often be found in her monarch waystation, Cat-a-pillar Haven.
