Program to focus on architecture

Hershey History Center, 40 Northeast Drive, Hershey, will host a presentation by Lancaster architect and author Gregory J. Scott on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Scott will share information from his latest book, "Urban Alphabet," which connects each letter of the alphabet to architectural terms found in the buildings designed by C. Emlen Urban in his work with Milton S. Hershey and the City of Lancaster. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing immediately following the presentation.

Admission is free. Donations to the museum are appreciated. To make reservations, email info@hersheyhistory.org with "Urban Alphabet" in the subject line; attendees should specify how many people are in their party.
