Hershey Area Neighbors and Newcomers Club (HANNC) will meet at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Ave., Hershey, at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 11.

Dean C. Rust will speak on the topic "The Ecology and Management of the Eastern Bluebird." Rust has been president of the Bluebird Society of Pennsylvania since 2014. He monitors more than 21 bluebird trails in Lancaster, York, Dauphin, and Chester counties.
