Program to focus on hearing loss

The Capital Region Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America will hold a meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, in the Crossings Meeting Room on the second floor of the Conrad G. & Janet C. High Learning & Wellness Center at Landis Homes, 1001 E. Oregon Road, Lititz. The program is free of charge.

Nancy Kingsley, the state director of the Hearing Loss Association of America Pennsylvania State Office, will present "Hearing Loss Basics and How to Cope." Topics will include how people hear, hearing loss, communication strategies, assistive technology, and resources. There will be a question-and-answer time.
