The Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley will offer a program, "Granny's Panties," on Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 167 E. Main St., Ephrata.

Heather Gibbs of Treadle Treasures will speak about the various layers of clothing that people wore in years past. She will also display authentic apparel.

The program is free and open to the public. The parking lot and entrance are accessible via the alley behind the church.
