B.R. Kreider & Son Inc., an excavating, paving and site management company based in Manheim, recently announced the promotion of Dean Stoner to senior estimator.

Stoner began his career as a house framer, which he did for more than eight years. He joined B.R. Kreider & Son in 2001 as a backhoe operator, progressed to track loader operator in 2009 and served as leader for the operating crew.

Stoner made the transition to the estimating department in 2016 as assistant estimator, and the recent promotion moved him from estimator to senior estimator.
