Chester County received a $1 million grant from the state's Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) that will be used by Proudfoot Investments XX LLC to build a retail/office building. The grant will be used to finance construction of the building, located at 300 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.
