Recreational Programs Set

Feel Good Yoga will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays, Jan. 9 to March 9, in Carpenter Chapel at Masonic Village, 1244 Bainbridge Road, Elizabethtown. Classes will run for one hour on Mondays at 9:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 9 a.m. The program is designed for people age 14 and up of all fitness levels. Attendees should bring a yoga mat and yoga block.

Let's Line Dance will take place on Tuesdays, Jan. 10 to March 7, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the cafeteria at Donegal Intermediate School, 1177 River Road, Marietta. Lessons are open to individuals age 14 and older and are designed for people of any skill level, including beginners.

Tai Chi classes for adults age 18 and older will be offered on Tuesdays, Jan. 10 to March 14, at the Masonic Village Carpenter Chapel. Beginners will meet from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. An advanced class will run from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. Classes will feature a simple 10-step Taiji form to introduce students to the basic postures appearing in many tai chi forms. Attention will be given to relaxation, basic alignment, and how to move safely.

Flow Yoga will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, Jan. 11 to March 8, in the cafeteria at Donegal Intermediate School for people age 14 and older. The program is designed for people of all fitness levels and abilities.

GEARS Swim Lessons will provide opportunities for achievement and allow smooth transition between levels of instruction. Classes will be held on Saturdays, Jan. 7 to Feb. 25, at the Patton Pool at Masonic Village. A variety of classes for people of different ages and abilities will be offered.
