Sophia Rios was among 40 campers who graduated from Camp Cadet of Lancaster County on Aug. 19. Camp Cadet is a free youth camp sponsored by the Pennsylvania State Police for youths ages 11 to 13.

Rios took home two honors, being chosen as Female Cadet of the Year and being selected as a returning senior counselor for next year's program. She is from Penn Manor.
