The auxiliary of Pleasant View Communities will host a roast beef dinner on Monday, March 30, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Kreider Farms Cultural Center at Hoffer Farm, 547 N. Penryn Road, Manheim. Roast beef dinner tickets can be purchased at https://pleasantviewcommunities.org/events/.

The dinner, catered by SEI Catering, will include roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, a roll and butter, and a whoopie pie. Dinners purchased online include a nominal upcharge per dinner to cover fees.

Customers can drive up to take out their meals or dine in. Signs will direct drive-up customers through the parking lot.

The Pleasant View Communities 70th anniversary cookbook will be available for purchase at the event.
