Paradise Rotary Club recently recognized its Students of the Month for January. The honorees were Nathan Bowman from Lancaster Mennonite High School, Lincoln Dillman from Conestoga Valley High School and Ivy Swann from Pequea Valley High School. They are all juniors.

Nathan is the son of Todd and Maria Bowman of Lancaster. He is a member of the cross-country and track and field teams, and he participated in districts for track and field. He participates in the LM Green Team, the Campus Chorale and the Chamber Choir of Mennonite Children's Choir of Lancaster (MCCL). He was selected for the county and district choirs. With MCCL and Eastern Mennonite Missions, he took part in a two-week, choral-focused mission trip to the Czech Republic.

Lincoln is the son of Brad and Anne Dillman of Lancaster. He is the junior executive for National Honor Society, the secretary of the Class of 2024, the junior executive for Students Against Destructive Decisions and a member of Student Council, Link Crew, the Principal's Leadership Committee, the Math Honor Society, the pickleball club and the golf team. He is a two-year member of the varsity boys' lacrosse team. Lincoln has been named to the distinguished honor roll and is involved in the music program as a violinist, and he was a Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation candidate. Outside school, Lincoln participates in Blak Widow Select Lacrosse and Rock Lacrosse Club.

Ivy is the daughter of Dale and Allie Swann of Gap. She is the co-historian for Student Council and a member of the choir, and she has participated in the musicals. Ivy has been consistently named to the first honor roll, received the Outside Achievement Award for language arts, was named an Outstanding Young Spokesperson of the Future by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and its Auxiliary and was selected for the President's Education Awards Program for outstanding academic excellence. She also participates in the Lancaster Chamber's Women in Business mentoring program, which includes community service. As a member of a dance performance team, she raises funds for local charities and performs at retirement homes.
