Quarryville Scout Troops and Cub Packs 76 and 87 will hold a food drive during the Solanco Fair Parade on Wednesday, Sept 14. Scouts will travel the parade route, collecting unexpired, nonperishable food items not packaged in glass, as well as personal hygiene items like toothpaste, toothbrushes and baby wipes. All donations will go to the Solanco Food Bank to help local families.

Scouts BSA provides opportunities for boys and girls to be active in the community, develop leadership skills and learn life skills. Troops meet weekly throughout the year, and youths can join at any time.
