SECA, 299 Park Ave., Quarryville, has announced that it will run a summer camp for eight weeks on Mondays through Fridays from June 16 to Aug. 15, with no camp the week of June 30 to July 4. Camps will be for children who have completed kindergarten through 13-year-olds.

Each week of camp will have a different theme. Camp days will feature preplanned activities that are intended to be educational and fun. There will be a morning activity, crafts, games, swimming most afternoons, and a field trip or activity one day of the week that will correspond with that week's theme.

The weekly themes are as follows: Week 1 (June 16 to 20), "Wildlife Adventures"; Week 2 (June 23 to 27), "All About Animals"; Week 3 (July 7 to 11), "Under the Sea/Shark Week"; Week 4 (July 14 to 18), "Inventors' Dream"; Week 5 (July 21 to 25), "Sports Extravaganza"; Week 6 (July 28 to Aug. 1), "Green Thumb"; Week 7, (Aug. 4 to 8), "Superhero"; and Week 8, Aug. 11 to 15, "Culinary Creation."

Regular camp drop-off will be between 8 and 9 a.m., with drop-off also available before camp from 7:30 to 8 a.m. Pickup will be between 4:30 and 5 p.m., with after-camp pickup available from 5 to 5:30 p.m. There will be an extra fee for added services.

There is a per-child cost for each week of camp, with a discount for two or more children. A per-child nonrefundable deposit is due the Monday prior to the child arriving at camp, and the complete payment is due by the Friday prior to the child arriving at camp.
