The Strasburg Senior Citizens Club will hold its first meeting since February 2020 on Wednesday, July 21, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Strasburg Fire Company hall, 203 W. Franklin St. The group has been shut down since February 2020 due to COVID restrictions.

Entertainment at the July 21 meeting will be by Nick Visluso on the Yamaha Tyros 4. He will play keyboard music in the genres of country, rock 'n' roll, easy listening, and dance.

The club was founded in 1966 and has served the community since then. It provides entertainment programs, bus trips, an annual picnic, a Christmas banquet, and other social activities.

Its goal this year is to rebuild membership. For the balance of this year, free memberships will be available. Member cards are good for dining discounts at Strasburg Pizza, Katie's Kitchen, and Strasburg Creamery.
