Cody Shay of Denver attended and presented at the American Physical Society (APS) Group on Hadronic Physics meeting themed "Quarks to Cosmos," from April 12 to 15 in Minneapolis, Minn. Shay presented a contributed poster titled "Numerical Study of Single-Inclusive Longitudinal-Transverse Double-Spin Asymmetries in Electron-Nucleon and Proton-Proton Collisions."

Shay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in physics at Lebanon Valley College, Annville. Shay is a graduate of Cocalico High School.
