B.R. Kreider & Son Inc., an excavating, paving and site management company based in Manheim, recently recognized Andy Shoff, a dozer operator from New Providence, with the 2024 B.R. Kreider Core Value Award. Shoff received the award from Brent Kreider, company president.

The award is presented to the employee who best represents the seven core values of the company: safety, which is a commitment to the best safety practices; integrity, which is always doing things the right way; collaboration, which is encouraging positive relationships; quality, which is providing premium service with the utmost care; innovation, which is finding new and better ways to provide great service and value; servant, which means following the Golden Rule; and stewardship, which is the care of resources entrusted to the company.

With 35 years of experience, Shoff is willing to do whatever is needed to accomplish a job. This characteristic helped him to earn the Core Value Award.
