All women are invited to attend the 28th annual Silent Samaritan Luncheon to be held on Friday, Nov. 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will be held at Calvary Church, 1051 Landis Valley Road, Lancaster.

There will be a cost to attend the Silent Samaritan Luncheon. Proceeds will benefit the Silent Samaritan Fund, which subsidizes counseling for women in need of financial support.

The 2023 keynote speaker will be Timbrel Chyatee, entrepreneur and founder of CHYATEE in downtown Lancaster. Her message will be "Walking This Journey Together." Timbrel sells clothing and other handmade items from Indian artisans, mostly women, at CHYATEE and is passionate about empowering these artisans to make a better life for themselves.
