Snavely honored for soccer achievements

Tyler Snavely of Mount Joy was named All-Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Honorable Mention. Snavely is a member of the Lebanon Valley College (LVC) men's soccer team.

This recognition marked Snavely's first time on an All-Conference squad. The junior was a key contributor to LVC's defensive success, starting 18 games for the Flying Dutchmen defense, which was second in the MAC Freedom in opponent goals per game. The Dutchmen also led the conference in goal differential. On the offensive side of the ball, Snavely scored a pair of goals, including the game winner in the program's 5-2 win at Misericordia on Sept. 30 when the Dutchmen scored four times in the final 20 minutes.

Snavely, a graduate of Manheim Central High School, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in biology.
