Women of all ages and preschool children are invited to attend Neighbors Sharing and Caring, a women's ministry of the Chiques Church, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, on Tuesday, Jan. 3, from 9 to 10:45 a.m.

Lu Ann Wise will speak on John 10:10. She will define thriving in a biblical sense and share steps people can take to live a life full of meaning, adventure and fulfillment.

Wise resides in the Manheim area and is retired from teaching in Manheim Central School District. She volunteers with the Manheim Central High School Interact service club, the Manheim Central Middle School track team and Teen Central. She is active in the women's and children's ministries at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship.
