The organization holds trap shooting practice on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until participants are finished. This activity is open to the public and will continue into September. The club now also hosts youth participants from the local area and beyond. A membership meeting will take place on Thursday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m. Membership applications will be available.

The retirees' coffee and snack hour will be held on Monday, Aug. 12, at 8 a.m. Guests are welcome.

An Introduction to Handguns class will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the indoor range. The class will cover the basic parts of a handgun, firearm safety, and fundamentals of shooting. There is a fee.
