Sportsmen plan activities

Manheim Sportsmen's Association, 552 Oak Tree Road, Manheim, has announced its upcoming activities. For details, visit http://www.manheimsportsmansassoc.org.

Trap shooting practice will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays starting April 3. Hours may be extended on Saturdays. A U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Legal Use of Force Seminar will take place on Tuesday, April 16, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. A defense lawyer, a firearm instructor and a USCCA account executive will speak. Topics will include reasonable force, deadly force, and home defense of property. There is a fee. Space is limited, and registration is required by emailing teamcentermass@gmail.com.

The BB team that the club sponsors will finish using the club's indoor range around April 11. After the BB team is finished for the year, the indoor range will be available for members on Thursdays from approximately 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The club will hold a work day on a Saturday in April. The March 23 work day was canceled due to inclement weather. For the new date, call 717-665-7729.
