Lancaster County Sportsmen for Youth will host the 27th annual Lancaster County Youth Field Day on Saturday, June 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This event is designed to introduce kids ages 10 to 15 to outdoor activities.

This year the event is being held at the Milton Grove Sportsmen's Club and Big Chiques Bowman Club; the clubs are located at 731 Milton Grove Road North, Elizabethtown. The Lancaster County Youth Field Day is held on the first Saturday of June each year, and the location switches between a few different sportsmen's clubs.

During the event, children will spend 35 minutes at each of 11 stations. The stations will be archery, canoeing, fishing/fly fishing, muzzleloading, .22 rifle, trapping, trap shooting, turkey, waterfowler, wildlife education and reptiles. Raven Ridge Wildlife Center will also lead a station. All activities will be fully supervised. Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
