The Manheim Community Farm Show will take place from Monday to Friday, Oct. 9 to 13. The Sportsmen's Association will staff a food stand, selling cheesesteak sandwiches and cold drinks.

Trap shooting will take place each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. as well as each Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon; on both days, hours may be extended. Members of the public are welcome. Everyone must bring their own supplies. For further information, call 717-587-6957 or 717-917-3174.

The club will hold a membership meeting on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. Due to the farm show, this date is a departure from the usual schedule. Membership applications will be available, and the club is also accepting membership renewals for 2024.

The Manheim Central rifle team will practice at the Sportsmen's Association's indoor range after school from 3:15 to 6 p.m. on various dates in November. The BB rifle team will also practice at the indoor range; the schedule is to be announced. For updates, check the aforementioned website.
