On Saturday, May 10, the Donegal Music Association will host Spring Thing. The event will start at 9 a.m. and will be held on the front lawn and in the parking lot of Donegal Junior High School, 915 Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy.

Spring Thing will feature flowers for sale, including hanging baskets, potted flowers, and porch planters. There will also be a bake sale and a car wash.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Donegal Music Association and its mission to support music programs in the Donegal School District.

The Donegal Music Association fills the role of a booster club for music programs in the district. The organization holds several fundraisers throughout the year and sells candy grams at school concerts. Funds raised help to purchase equipment throughout the year and cover transportation costs and other fees for students.
