St. Luke's UCC sets "The Spring Thing"

St. Luke's United Church of Christ, 222 N. Broad St. (Route 501 North), Lititz, will hold its annual spring bazaar, known as "The Spring Thing," on Saturday, May 6, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Peter's BBQ chicken dinners will be available for a fee from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with each dinner including a half-chicken, a potato, applesauce, and a roll.

The cafe will offer an assortment of homemade baked goods, and hot and cold drinks will be available. There will also be a gift basket giveaway drawing and a silent auction with a variety of themed gift baskets. The Granny's Attic section will offer something for everyone. There will also be yard sale vendors, as well as home business and craft vendors, with one vendor selling heirloom tomato plants. Haircuts for men, women, and children will be available by donation. There will also be a children's table, with activities for little ones while their parents shop.

Proceeds will benefit St. Luke's ministries and Church World Services, sponsoring refugees in Lancaster County.
