The Garden Spot Students of the Month for April are freshman Sarina Trupe, sophomore Emma Felpel, junior Sarah Babb and senior Hope Monderewicz. They were recognized for showing compassion. Garden Spot High School principal Matthew Sanger presented them the school board the May board meeting.

Sarina is the daughter of Tina Trupe of Denver. Sarina has taken several keystone classes and received honor roll status since seventh grade.

Emma is the daughter of Rebekah and Anthony Felpel of New Holland. Emma has taken several keystone classes and has been named to the honor roll since seventh grade. Emma is a member of the soccer and lacrosse teams.

Sarah is the daughter of Charles and Kendra Babb of Narvon. Sarah has taken several honors courses while maintaining her honor roll status. Sarah is a member of the marching band and rifle team.

Hope is the daughter of Rochelle and Duane Allgyer of Denver. Hope has taken several honors courses, has maintained honor roll status, and is currently enrolled in the dual enrollment program. Hope is also a member of the cheerleading squad.
