Students present Passion Play

The second-grade class at Our Mother of Perpetual Help School in Ephrata recently presented the annual Passion Play under the direction of second-grade teacher Beth Eberly. A long-standing tradition at OMPH School, the play depicts the last week of Jesus' life, from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday. It is a tradition that helps to prepare the school community for Holy Week. Performing the play also gives the second-grade students an opportunity to think carefully about what Jesus endured.

OMPH School offers full-day preschool for 3-year-olds, full-day prekindergarten for 4-year-olds, full-day kindergarten for 5-year-olds, and classes for students in grades one through eight. An on-site After School Club is available until 5:30 p.m. each day. OMPH School is accredited by the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
