Tenfold CEO To Resign, Successor Announced

Tenfold has announced that its chief executive officer, Mike McKenna, plans to resign, effective May 27, so he can focus on serving his family as a stay-at-home dad. McKenna has led Tabor and then Tenfold for a total of more than three years. The board of directors, with McKenna's support, announced that Shelby Nauman, chief impact officer of Tenfold, will be the organization's next CEO.

Jeff Scheuren, chair of Tenfold's board of directors, noted that the past two years have included the merger of Tabor Community Services and Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership (LHOP) to form Tenfold, in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic and innovations of Tenfold's services.

McKenna, Nauman and the entire Tenfold team will work together to ensure a smooth transition. Tenfold will also begin the process of hiring a new chief impact officer.

With 80 years of collective expertise, Tenfold offers a broad continuum of services to address homelessness, affordable rental housing, homeownership, and the creation of new housing units through Tenfold Community Lending. To learn more, visit http://www.WeAreTenfold.org.
