The official preseason for girls entering ninth to 12th grades who are interested in playing tennis for Penn Manor High School will begin on Monday, Aug. 16. Practice will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the tennis courts at Manor Middle School, 2950 Charlestown Road, Lancaster.

The season generally runs until October. Players need to have completed a PIAA physical to participate, and the paperwork must be brought with them on the first day of preseason.

Players will also need to bring their own racket and water bottle.
