Florin Church of the Brethren, 815 Bruce Ave., Mount Joy, will host a performance by the Crestmen on Sunday, July 7, at 9:15 a.m.

Southern gospel recording artist the Crestmen is a quartet based in Staunton, Va., in the Shenandoah Valley. For more than 40 years, the Crestmen has performed across the nation. The group has been featured on TV programs on National TV, WHSV TV3, My Valley, and a Shenandoah Valley Fox channel. The Crestmen has performed in concert with the Kingsmen, the Chuck Wagon Gang, and others, as well as at fairs, churches, and more. Members have included Gaither Videos' Tim Lovelace, who got his start with the Crestmen, and Ernie Phillips, who sang with the Crestmen for nine years. The Crestmen's  latest recording project was "One of These Mornings."
