Theatrical production set at Rock Ford

The Orpheus Theatre Company, in collaboration with Historic Rock Ford, will present an original theatrical production, "Let Her Eat Cake." Performances will take place at 8 p.m. on Fridays to Sundays, March 1 to 3 and 8 to 10, in the Langmuir Education Room located on the first floor of the Historic Rock Ford Barn, 881 Rockford Road, Lancaster.

"Let Her Eat Cake" is a new play written and directed by Katherine Campbell Rossi that provides a look into the life of Marie Antoinette during the time when she reigned as France's new, young queen. In the production, Marie Antoinette celebrates her birthday, with tensions rising as games are played, champagne drunk and loves tested.
