TPA Receives Honor, Celebrates Birthdays

Travelers Protective Association (TPA), Post D recently marked 25 years of participation in PennDOT's Adopt a Highway litter control program. A new sign was installed on Marietta Pike in Lancaster, where TPA of Lancaster makes regular trash pickups.

Additionally, at a recent TPA meeting, two members who are both named Peggy celebrated their birthdays. The honorees, Post D president Peggy Keebler and Peggy Landis, were surprised with a cake.

TPA is a nonprofit community service association with the slogan "As you drive, watch that child."
