Traditions of Hershey, an independent living and personal care community, received Caring.com's Caring Super Stars award for 2022 for service excellence in senior living. Caring.com provides senior living referrals and offers access to senior care reviews.

Caring Super Stars for 2022 are entities that have earned the Caring Stars award - which is based on consumer ratings and reviews - for 2022, plus two or more additional years. Traditions of Hershey has received the award every year since 2019. Traditions of Hershey is one of two senior living communities in Lebanon County to receive the Caring Super Stars award and one of 439 senior living communities nationwide.

To be considered for the Caring Stars 2022 list, senior living communities must have met the following criteria: 10 or more published reviews on their Caring.com profile by Oct. 15, 2021; an overall average rating of 4.5 stars or higher; three or more published reviews from Oct. 15, 2020, through Oct. 15, 2021, with at least one of the recent reviews being a five-star review and one or more published in 2021; and public-facing responses to any one-star or two-star negative reviews. In addition, Caring.com conducts a reviews-integrity audit and takes quality-assurance measures for every finalist's directory listing, including the use of available licensing and inspection reports on state agency websites.
