Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will host "Identifying Trees in Winter" on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 11 a.m. Attendees will learn to identify common trees based on their bark and other features.

The program is free, but preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number in case the program is canceled.
